1. Where are you located?
We’re at 10871 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232 — inside Luv N Pole Studio by Luvrr Co. LLC. There’s plenty of street and nearby lot parking, but we recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled before class.

2. Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. Our classes are open to all levels — from total beginners to experienced movers. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a supportive space built for growth, confidence, and self-expression.

3. What should I wear or bring?

  • Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (shorts and a tank top are perfect).

  • Avoid body lotions or oils before class — they can make the pole slippery.

  • Bring grip aids if you use them.

  • Stay hydrated — we have water available, or you can bring your own bottle.

4. How do I book a class or session?
You can book through www.luvrrco.com or the Mindbody app — just search Luv N Pole Studio to view our class schedule and available memberships.

5. What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class credit.
Studio rental bookings may have stricter terms — see Question 8 for details.

6. What’s the difference between drop-ins, class packs, and memberships?

  • Drop-in: Join a single class — no commitment needed.

  • Class pack: A bundle of classes (like 5 or 10) to use within a certain time frame — flexible and perfect for your own pace.

  • Membership: Monthly recurring plan for regular training, best value, and perks like priority booking and open-pole access.

7. Do you offer private lessons or studio rentals?
Yes. You can book:

  • Private lessons for one-on-one or small-group coaching.

  • Studio rentals for solo practice, rehearsals, or content creation.
    Be sure to choose the correct rental type (private use vs. filming) so time, access, and pricing are set correctly.

8. What should I know about studio rentals?

  • Rentals are booked by the hour (1-hour minimum).

  • Access is for your reserved time only. Arriving early or staying late may incur extra fees.

  • Please don’t attach anything to walls, mirrors, or poles, or adjust lighting setups.

  • Overtime beyond your booking will be charged accordingly.

  • Access codes and entry instructions are sent after booking — review them carefully for a smooth session.

9. Can I play my own music?
Yes. We have a Bluetooth speaker system you can connect your phone or playlist to. Setup details will be provided in your confirmation email.

10. Is there a restroom or changing space?
Yes — we have a private restroom available for all guests. Please keep the space tidy and ready for the next dancer. For rentals, be sure to complete the quick check-out steps (lights off, AC off, door locked, etc.).

11. What’s your policy on animals, minors, or children’s events?

  • Classes and rentals are for ages 18 and up unless otherwise approved.

  • No pets inside the studio.

  • For children’s events or private parties, please contact us first to confirm scheduling and supervision requirements.

12. What if I’m running late?
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to check in and warm up.

  • For classes: Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean sitting out for safety reasons — your class credit will still be used.

  • For rentals: Your booking time starts and ends exactly as reserved. Late arrivals won’t extend your session time.

13. What should I do before my first visit?
Check your confirmation email for parking info, door access, and what to bring. Arrive early, hydrate, and come ready to move — our space is designed for comfort, connection, and creativity.

14. What makes Luv N Pole Studio unique?
We’re not just a studio — we’re a community built on freedom thru movement. Expect a welcoming environment, smaller class sizes, and space to explore your sensuality, strength, and style without judgment.

15. Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants must sign a liability waiver before joining class or using the studio. The link will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

16. What’s your refund policy?

  • Classes, class packs, and memberships: No refunds, but credits may be reapplied if you cancel in time.

  • Rentals: Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled; cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the credit.
    Refunds are handled case-by-case for special circumstances such as injury or illness.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within United States & Canada.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?

At Luvrr Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate or hygienic goods (e.g., earrings, lingerie, swimsuits)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at luvrrco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at luvrrco@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
